    Editor’s Notes:More schools clinicians are adjusting their programs to be consonant with an "open education" philosophy and program. Following are two points of view on the subject: one in which the clinician does most of her work in the open environment, the other in which a special room is still used most of the time. Comments from readers are encouraged.

  • Karen Neuman is currently a speech and language clinician in the Anne Arundel County Public Schools in Maryland. In the fall of 1973 she will be an instructor at the University of Maryland in the Department of Speech and Hearing.
